Alex has 15 years’ product management and innovation experience in the ecommerce space, most recently 8 years at MADE.com, firstly as Senior Ecommerce Product Manager, and latterly running MADE.com’s Technology Innovation Lab. Before that he spent 5 years as a product manager at the UK’s first online food delivery network, JUST EAT, seeing it grow from a startup to a £1bn public company.

JD has over 20 years of product design and development experience across various sectors but latterly specialising in ecommerce. He’s seen the view from both side of the trenches - in-house and agency. Before starting Experience Labs, he was managing the product design of the MADE.com site and later the Technology Innovation Lab.
